The college bursary fund (click here for further details) was established to provide students with bursaries, so they can receive a St Columban’s College education where it may otherwise be out of reach.

St Columban’s Bursary Fund Art Union Terms and Conditions

  1. Ticket sales will be available from Wednesday, 3rd of May and will close on Friday, 20 October 2017, unless sold out earlier. Tickets are $20 each, and any tickets that are unsold at the closing date will not be included in the draw. There will be 2,500 tickets available for purchase. No further tickets will be issued, and all tickets will have an equal chance of winning. All tickets are non-refundable.
  2. Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, 25 October 2017. All prizes will be drawn in descending order of value. Winners are not required to be present at the draw.
  3. Prizes will be drawn using a random number generator through This provider is a certified, independent 3rd party. No argument will be entered into as to the results of the Art Union.
  4. Total combined prize pool is valued at $23,472.10. The prize pool comprises of 6 prizes: 1st Prize A Toyota Yaris (automatic) including delivery, stamp duty and on-road costs, valued at $20,472.10; 2nd Prize A travel voucher valued at $2,000; and 3rd – 6th Prize A $250 debit card (total value $1,000).
  5. Winners will be notified by telephone, and results with be published on the College Facebook page, and in the College Newsletter for the week ending 27 October 2017.
  6. Net proceeds of the Art Union will be donated to the St Columban’s Bursary Fund.
  7. Persons ineligible to enter the draw include the Senior Leadership Team of St Columban’s College, members of their immediate family, and any suppliers of prizes and their immediate families.
  8. The Art Union is conducted by St Columban’s College under the Queensland Government’s Category 2 Gaming Rules.
